The caption probably is a play on the term "the four hundred" used late 19th & early 20th century to denote the highest echelon of society in New York City.
As of 21 July 2021 this was the only one of this card found in current ebay listings
postally unused (but I only have ONE of these); corners modestly bumped else VG+ . . . . . .
Remember that the
