    Description

    Durkee's produced about a dozen of these picture back variety spice tins in the mid-1920's. This tin features a man with a turban carrying a tray with a glass bottle of curry powder. These picture back tins had a lot of graphics with the side panel showing a bottle of salad dressing and the front showing Their gauntlet design with gold medals that They had won. This all metal tin originally held 2 oz. of sage but is now empty. It is 3 3/4" tall. This is an inexpensive way to start collecting the entire series. Please check out my other tins.
