    Very attractive and historic postcard Form 6133 / Land Department / United States Railroad Administration / Director General of Railroads / Missouri Pacific Railroad concerning .40 paid in taxes due on behalf of land owned by J.D. Mullens of El Paso, Arkansas with request to remit said amount. Request sent July 1919 from Little Rock. Appears to be a reuse or correction with typewritten faded address to Beebe, Arkansas
