    Description

Original Vintage Classic Horror Sci Fi Film Theater Movie Posters Memorabilia For Sale
    Hit the Ice, 1943
Vintage Movie Poster Title Card (11x14")
Starring Bud Abbott & Lou Costello
Very rare Title card movie poster from this early Abbott & Costello classic film.
I have personally collected A&C Memorabilia for 40 years and this is one of the most elusive A&C titles to find ANY paper on.    This historic 1930s/40s movie poster paper that is nearing the 100 year mark is getting more difficult to find.   Especially titles like this from the WWII era that were almost all destroyed in the WWII paper drives. This vintage Title Card has terrific artwork and graphics and is in very good-excellent condition for its nearly 90 years !   Has a faint vintage Australian censor ink stamp in the lower part of the image
Note:  We also acquired Six other original vintage lobby cards to this title.  See the others below under, "Other Treasures You Might Like".
Hit the Ice (Universal, 1943). Title Lobby Card (11" X 14")
Abbott and Costello are cast as would-be photojournalists Flash and Tubby, who inadvertently snap a picture of two bank robbers leaving the scene of the crime. Accused of knocking over the bank themselves, our heroes find it expedient to hide out at a Sun Valley ski resort.
Starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello, Ginny Simms, and Patric Knowles. Directed by Charles Lamont and Erle C. Kenton. Unrestored lobby cards that display signs of use. May include light edge wear, slight creases, pinholes, small tears and chips, minute paper lifts, mild toning, or mostly unobtrusive stains and smudges. The title lobby card and four of the lobby cards have an Australian censor ink stamp in the lower part of the image
