    This is a beautiful fashion hat and bag combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a Fascinator made up of plain and decorated pink netting, 2 silk Roses, and rhinestone accent.
    Fitted with an elastic strap to keep it in place. The matching Vintage Lucite bag has a straw strap handle, pink Rose, and rhinestone accent. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
