Rare 11 1/2", antique Patented 1902, (signed) printed cloth Americana girl doll

elebrating the history of dolls....
This CHARMING and
very hard to find,
11 1/2" tall, antique, stuffed cloth, commercially lithographed, Victorian style doll,
circa 1902
is just the sweetest, child with beautifully printed face with finely detailed, blue eyes, sweet lips, very curly, dark blonde hair, parted in the center, finely detailed hands and
long
red dress
with wide
golden lace, trimmed hemline
and
wide, folded blue
ribbon
collar
and lace cuffs.
She has a
wide blue printed ribbon,
cummerbund/
sash with large bow
with
printed patent information:
"Patent 36080
Sept. 16th, 1902"
and
blue stockings
and tan shoes
.
Similar "AMERICANA" child dolls are described and
Shown in,
"Playthings by the Yard"-Frances Walker and Margaret Whitton.
She is in perfect condition with very little wear, no fading, nothing restored and no odors as she is from a smoke free home (both underarm seams show tiny original construction, closure stitches for stuffing). She'll become a
treasured heirloom
